Contact

There are two different contacts attached to this product and they do different things. Getting that wrong is the most common reason a message goes unanswered.

Quick answer

[email protected] reaches the people who write these pages, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. Anything about an order goes through the contact route in your order email, because that is what carries the order ID.

The number printed on the bottle, +1 (877) 257 0710, belongs to the distributor. It cannot look up a retailer order.

The phone number question

The brief supplied to this site says, five separate times, that there is no public phone number on the sales or contact pages. The bottle prints one. We publish it because a buyer holding the bottle has it anyway, and we label it accurately: it is the distributor's number, and it will not be able to look up an order placed with this retailer.

Three geographies appear across those six lines: two New York addresses supplied by the seller, and a Utah post office box printed on the bottle. We did not reconcile them and we are not going to invent a reconciliation. A distributor in one state and a retailer in another is entirely ordinary; we simply publish both.

If you are sending a return, use the returns address above and include your full name, email address and order ID. Return postage is the buyer's and tracking is advised.

So we can actually help

What to include

  • For an order: the order ID, the email you ordered with, and the delivery date. Those three resolve most questions in one exchange.
  • For a correction: the page, the sentence, and what you believe is right. A link to a source is ideal and not required.
  • For a product question: what the label says and what you want to know. If the answer is that it was never published, we will say so.
  • For anything medical: please ask a clinician or a pharmacist instead. We cannot give medical advice and we will not try.

We answer during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. Messages that arrive at the weekend are read on Monday.

Honestly

What we cannot do

  • Tell you how much of any blend ingredient is in a serving. It is not published and we will not estimate it.
  • Supply a certificate of analysis. None was supplied to us. If one arrives we will publish it.
  • Advise on whether this is safe alongside your medication. A pharmacist with your list in front of them can, and the cautions page is a useful thing to take with you.
  • Diagnose anything, or comment on whether a memory change you have noticed is age-related. That is a conversation with a clinician and several of the causes are treatable.
  • Change the terms of the guarantee or the checkout. Those are set by the seller at the point of sale.

Saying what we cannot do is more useful than a page that implies we can do everything and then does not reply.

The open invitation

Corrections

This site publishes arithmetic, transcriptions and citations. All three can be wrong.

If a ceiling is miscalculated, a panel line is mistranscribed, or a cited paper does not say what we say it says, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it on the page with the date. That is the standard we hold the label to, so it is the standard we hold ourselves to.

What to expect

Response times, honestly

We answer during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. A message sent on Friday evening is read on Monday, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

A correction to a page
Usually the same day it is read. Corrections are the messages we most want to receive and the fastest to act on.
A question this site already answers
We will point you at the page rather than retype it, with an apology if the page was hard to find. A question asked twice usually means a navigation problem on our side.
A question about the formula
If the answer is that something was never published, that is the answer. We will not improvise a milligram figure.
An order matter sent to the wrong address
We will tell you where it needs to go. We cannot look up an order from here.
A design decision

Why there is no live chat

A chat widget on a supplement site is almost always one of two things: a queue that nobody is staffing, or a sales funnel wearing a headset icon. Neither is what a reader of these pages needs.

There is also a privacy consequence. Chat widgets are third-party scripts that load on every page, see every page you visit, and generally set their own identifiers. This site loads no third-party script at all, which is part of why it opens quickly.

An email address that a person actually reads is slower and more useful. If that changes we will say so here.

An invitation

Things worth writing to us about

  • A number on this site that does not reconcile with the label in your hand. That is the most valuable message we can get.
  • A cited paper that does not say what we say it says.
  • A bottle whose back panel differs from the transcription here.
  • A certificate of analysis, a third-party test, or a published split of the blend. Any of the three gets published with the date.
  • Anything at checkout that enrolled you in something you did not choose.
  • A page that was hard to read on your device. Layout faults are invisible to us until somebody says.

We would rather carry a visible correction than a quiet edit. A site that has never corrected anything is not a site that has never been wrong.

Geography

The three addresses, and why there are three

A reader comparing the footer of this site against the back of the bottle will find three different places, and the discrepancy is worth explaining rather than smoothing over.

A distributor in one state and a retailer in another is entirely ordinary in this industry. What we will not do is reconcile them into one tidy story, because we were not told how they relate. Both were supplied, both are published, and the label's version is identified as the label's.

The email printed on the bottle sits at a third domain again, matching neither the retailer nor the product name. That is on the conflicts list on the supplement facts page.

Four answers in advance

Before you write about the formula

Four questions arrive often enough to be worth answering here, so that an email is only needed for the fifth.

How much ginseng is in a serving?
Not published. Its position on the panel caps it at 1.29 mg, and granting the label's own extract ratio does not change the position. The real figure could be far lower and cannot be higher.
Does it contain caffeine, and how much?
Guarana is on the list, guarana carries caffeine, and no caffeine content is stated anywhere on the label. That is the complete honest answer.
Is it vegan / gluten free / non-GMO?
Marks for several of those appear around the product and are examined on the testing page. The label's own Other Ingredients line is the document to read, and it does not carry an allergen statement.
Can I take it with my medication?
We cannot answer that and will not try. Take the bottle to a pharmacist; the cautions page is written to be taken with it.
