Shipping

Two facts were supplied about shipping and both are on this page. Everything else a buyer wants to know appears at checkout, and this site does not publish numbers it was not given.

The two facts

What was supplied

Quick answer

Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and tracking arrives in the order email.

Why so many blanks

Because the seller did not publish them, and a delivery estimate invented by a website is worse than no estimate at all. Checkout is where these numbers exist. If you want them before you commit, add a pack to the cart and read the summary; nothing is charged until you confirm.

Keep it

The order email

The order email is the single most useful document in this whole transaction and most people delete it.

  • It carries the order ID, which is what a refund is matched against.
  • It carries the tracking number.
  • It carries the date, and the 180-day guarantee runs from delivery.
  • It is the record of what you actually agreed to at checkout, including any recurring terms.

Star it, file it, or forward it to yourself with the word Cognizil in the subject so you can find it in six months. That is a thirty-second task that makes the guarantee usable.

Three checks

When it arrives

  1. Write the delivery date down

Not the order date. The guarantee window is described as 180 days and a written delivery date removes any argument about when it started.

  2. Check the safety seal

The label says do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. If it is, do not open it — photograph it and contact the seller.

  3. Check the back panel against this site

Serving size 1 ml. Thirty servings. Chromium 7 mcg. Proprietary blend 15.47 mg across twenty-one names. If any of that differs, you have a different product.

  4. Check the lot code on the base

The reference supplied to this site is COG-26/GO-1410. A bottle from a different production run is normal; knowing which run you have is what matters if anything is ever recalled.

  5. Store it as the label says

Away from heat, light and humidity. A bathroom cabinet is the worst place in most houses for all three.

What arrives

Packaging

Nothing supplied to this site describes the packaging, so we are not going to describe it. A 30 ml dropper bottle is small enough to travel in a padded envelope and most sellers in this category use one.

What matters on arrival is not the packaging but the five checks above. They take under a minute and they are the only part of unboxing that has any consequence.

Damaged or missing

If something goes wrong

  1. Photograph everything before you move it — the outer packaging, the bottle, the seal, the label.
  2. Check the tracking in the order email. Most missing parcels are not missing, they are at a neighbour or a depot.
  3. Contact the seller through the checkout's contact route with the order ID and the photographs.
  4. Put it in writing. A phone conversation about a damaged parcel is not a record.
  5. If it does not resolve and you paid by card, your issuer has a dispute process. It works better when you can show you contacted the seller first.

For anything about this website rather than an order, [email protected] reaches us directly, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. This site publishes no figure it was not given.

No estimate

What can be said about delivery, honestly

This site will not print a delivery window it was not given, and a made-up range is worse than none: it sets an expectation that the seller never agreed to and that a buyer will then measure against.

What can be said is where to find the real answer, and what affects it.

What determines when a parcel arrives.
FactorWhere you find it
The service the seller usesThe checkout, and then the carrier name in your tracking email
Handling time before dispatchThe gap between the order email and the first tracking scan
Distance and destinationYour own address. Domestic US delivery from a US warehouse is the stated arrangement
SeasonLate November and December are slower everywhere, every year
Whether anyone is homeA signature requirement, if one applies, is on the carrier's page not the seller's

The tracking number in the order email answers all five questions better than any estimate on a product page could.

Three conditions

Storing it once it arrives

The label names three things to keep it away from: heat, light and humidity. For a 30 ml aqueous liquid all three matter more than they would for a capsule.

Heat
Accelerates degradation of botanical constituents and can shorten the preservative's effective life. A car, a windowsill and the cupboard above a cooker are the three worst places in most homes.
Light
Drives photodegradation. The bottle's own colouring is part of the defence; a closed cupboard is the rest of it.
Humidity
Matters most at the neck and the dropper. A bathroom cabinet is the single most common storage mistake and it fails on all three conditions at once.
A note on the dropper
Do not put the dropper back after it has touched your mouth. That is how an aqueous product picks up an organism the preservative then has to deal with for four more weeks.

A kitchen cupboard away from the cooker, or a bedroom drawer, meets all three conditions. That is the whole of the storage advice and it costs nothing to follow.

Reading a tracking page

Tracking, and what the scans mean

Most parcel anxiety comes from misreading a tracking page rather than from a parcel actually being lost.

  • Label created means the seller has told the carrier a parcel is coming. The carrier does not have it yet, and this state can persist for a day or two normally.
  • In transit with no new scan for 48 hours is common and is usually a truck rather than a problem.
  • Out for delivery means it is on a vehicle today.
  • Delivered with nothing on the doorstep most often means a neighbour, a safe place, or a scan made slightly early. Check before contacting anyone.
  • Exception is the one word that actually warrants a message to the seller.

If you are past the delivery scan by a day and nothing has appeared, contact the seller with the order ID rather than the carrier. The seller is the carrier's customer and has a route that you do not.

A policy

Why no shipping figure appears anywhere on this site

Free shipping, a flat rate, a threshold, a delivery window — all four are standard on product pages in this category and none of them appears here, because none was supplied.

It would be easy to write 'ships free on orders over $99' and be right most of the time. The problem with doing that is not the one time it is wrong; it is that a reader who finds one invented figure has no way to tell which of the other figures were invented.

The arithmetic on the best-case page only works as an argument if a reader believes the inputs. Every number on this site therefore comes from the label, from a citation, or from division, and shipping comes from none of the three.

Add a pack to the cart and read the summary. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and the figure there is the real one.

International orders

The brief says orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and says nothing about whether they ship outside it. So this site says nothing about it either.

If you are outside the US and considering an order, three things are worth establishing at checkout before you commit, because they are the usual sources of an unpleasant surprise: whether the seller ships to you at all, who pays import duty and handling, and whether the 180-day guarantee's return address makes a claim practical from where you are.

That third point is the one buyers overlook. A return window is only as good as the cost of posting a parcel back to New York with tracking, and for a small order from outside North America that cost can approach the value of the goods.

What normally happens

The first week, day by day

No delivery estimate was published, so this is a description of the ordinary shape of a domestic supplement order rather than a promise about yours.

  1. The order email arrives, usually within minutes

It carries the order ID. Star it now rather than later, because this is the last moment at which it is easy to find.

  2. A tracking number follows

Sometimes in the same email, more often in a second one once the label is generated.

  3. The first carrier scan

This is when the parcel physically exists in the network. Until then, a tracking page saying 'label created' is normal.

  4. Transit

Scans are intermittent. Two days without one is not a problem.

  5. Delivery

Write the date down. Everything about the guarantee runs from it.

If any of those steps has not happened when you would expect it, the seller is the right contact and the order ID is what makes the conversation short.
