Why some rows stay blank

What can be said about delivery, honestly
This site will not print a delivery window it was not given, and a made-up range is worse than none: it sets an expectation that the seller never agreed to and that a buyer will then measure against.

Storing it once it arrives

Tracking, and what the scans mean
Most parcel anxiety comes from misreading a tracking page rather than from a parcel actually being lost.
- Label created means the seller has told the carrier a parcel is coming. The carrier does not have it yet, and this state can persist for a day or two normally.
- In transit with no new scan for 48 hours is common and is usually a truck rather than a problem.
- Out for delivery means it is on a vehicle today.
- Delivered with nothing on the doorstep most often means a neighbour, a safe place, or a scan made slightly early. Check before contacting anyone.
- Exception is the one word that actually warrants a message to the seller.
If you are past the delivery scan by a day and nothing has appeared, contact the seller with the order ID rather than the carrier. The seller is the carrier's customer and has a route that you do not.
