Reading this site is not a contract. The purchase contract is formed at the checkout, under the terms shown there, and where the checkout and this site disagree the checkout wins.
Nothing here is medical advice, we correct errors on the page with a date, and your statutory consumer rights sit above all of it.
What you agree to by reading this site
Not much, which is the honest answer. Reading a public web page is not a contract and this site does not ask you to accept anything before it will show you something.
- You agree not to republish these pages as your own work, or to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers.
- You accept that the information here is published in good faith, carries a date, and may be superseded.
- You accept that nothing here is medical advice, and that decisions about supplements alongside medication belong with a clinician.
- You accept that the purchase contract is formed at the checkout, under the terms shown there, and not on this page.
That is the whole of it. A terms page that required a reader to accept fourteen clauses before looking at a product label would be telling you something about the product.
The purchase
The checkout page sets the price, the shipping, the tax, the guarantee term and the refund conditions. Those terms govern your order. This site describes them as accurately as it can from what was supplied, and where the two disagree the checkout wins.
The guarantee described on this site is 180 days on the sales page kits, which is what was supplied to us. If the checkout says something different, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct the page.
Disputes
- Contact the seller first, through the route in your order email for anything about an order, or [email protected] for anything about this website. Most things resolve here.
- If it does not resolve, say so in writing and say what outcome you want. A written record is what makes the next step possible.
- If you paid by card and the matter remains unresolved, your issuer has its own dispute process with its own deadlines.
- A card dispute works better when you can show you contacted the seller first, which is why every step above is in writing.
- Your statutory consumer rights sit above all of the above and are not affected by anything on this page.
We would rather handle a complaint than have one escalate, and a complaint we do not know about is one we cannot fix.
Accuracy and corrections
Everything on this site is published from the label artwork, the seller's brief, and sources we opened and read. Arithmetic is shown so it can be checked.
We do not warrant that the site is free of error, because nobody honestly can. What we do commit to is correcting errors on the page, with the date, when they are pointed out. Write to [email protected].
Prices, guarantee terms and shipping arrangements can change at the checkout without this site being updated the same day. Always read the order summary before you confirm.
Using the material on this site
The arithmetic on this site is not ours to own. The descending-order rule is public, the label is a public document, and anyone is welcome to recompute every ceiling here and publish the result.

Prices, availability and change
- Prices can change at the checkout without this site being updated the same day. The order summary is authoritative.
- Pack availability can change. A pack described here may be unavailable.
- The guarantee term described here is what was supplied to us. The checkout's version governs.
- The label can change between production runs. The transcription here is of the artwork supplied for lot COG-26/GO-1410.
- These pages are updated when something is found to be wrong or out of date, and the last-reviewed date moves with them.
Always read the order summary before you confirm. That sentence appears on four pages of this site because it is the single most useful habit a buyer of anything online can have.
Liability, stated without the usual noise
Most sites put four hundred words of capitalised text here. The substance of it is short enough to say in ordinary sentences.

The fifth point is the one that most terms pages bury and it is the one that most often matters.
Accessibility
Accessibility is not a legal term on this page so much as a set of decisions that were either made or not made when the site was built.

Write to [email protected] and say what device and what assistive technology. Layout and accessibility faults are invisible to us until somebody says, and they are among the fastest things to fix.

If we go out of date
The most likely way this site becomes wrong is not a mistake in the arithmetic. It is time passing.
- A reformulation would change the panel, and the transcription here is of the artwork supplied for one lot.
- A price change at the checkout would make the pricing page wrong until it is updated.
- A guarantee term change would make the guarantee page wrong the same way.
- New research on any of the twenty-two ingredients would change a row on the best-case chart.
- A certificate of analysis arriving would change several pages at once.
Every page carries a last-reviewed date for exactly this reason. If that date is old and the bottle in your hand disagrees with the transcription, believe the bottle and tell us at [email protected].
We would rather carry a dated page that a reader can judge for freshness than an undated one that implies permanence it does not have.
Governing law and where a dispute goes
This site is published by a United States seller and is directed at buyers in the United States. Where a dispute cannot be resolved between us, the ordinary courts are the venue, and this page does not attempt to remove that option.
Some terms pages in this industry require a buyer to waive a jury trial, to arbitrate individually, and to give up the ability to join a class action, all in a clause a reader never sees. This page contains none of those, because a retailer that needed them to operate would be telling you something.
The terms shown at the checkout govern the purchase itself, and they may contain provisions that this page does not. Read them; they are the ones you are agreeing to when you confirm an order.
Whatever any of the above says, your statutory consumer rights apply. They cannot be signed away in a website footer, in this jurisdiction or in most others.
Why this page reads like this
Most terms pages are written to be unread: long, passive, and structured so the parts a reader would care about are hardest to find.
That is a choice and it is usually the wrong one. A terms page nobody reads protects nobody. It does not inform the buyer and it does not help the seller either, when a dispute turns on whether something was made clear.
So this page is short, it is in plain sentences, and the four things that actually matter — the checkout governs the purchase, nothing here is medical advice, we correct errors, and your statutory rights sit above all of it — are at the top.
